Frequently asked questions
The eSIM, also popularly known as virtual SIM, is the evolution of the SIM cards we all know. It consists of a hardware part that is factory soldered to the device and a software part that you download and contains the credentials to connect to your carrier's network.
You can request the eSIM when you sign up for a new line, when you change the card of your current line or with the MultiSIM service.
To activate your eSIM, we will provide you with an "activation card" with the necessary details for activation, including PIN, PUK and a QR code.
Important, just as you keep the plastic of a SIM because it includes the PIN and the PUK, we advise you to also keep the cardboard of the eSIM because it also includes the QR code that may be useful in the future.
You can see the steps on how to activate it in this link: steps on how to activate it.
The configuration on each of the devices can be found in the manufacturer's user manual.
